Considering the increasing and undeniable importance of digitalisation in the lift sector, especially for SMEs who may find this topic particularly challenging, EFESME and its Digital Working Group developed an online questionnaire to collect relevant information. This will allow the Federation to better understand the position of SMEs on this issue, what has been done so far and what are the main difficulties encountered, and what they think is most important for their daily work and activities.

We know how important this topic is for SMEs and, thanks to the continuous dialogue with our experts, our mmebers, and their associates, we know that there are still many difficulties on how to approach digitisation and what is the best way to do it. To help the lift SMEs we represent, we must know even more into details the reality of lift SMEs dealing with digitalisation andd digital means in their daily work and activities. With this information, we will be able to create a clearer and clearer path to follow to support them and to be sure that we are properly addressing their needs and difficulties.
