EFESME is pleased to invite you to attend the SBS seminar Making Safety Standards for Lifts “Global” on May 31st in Brussels.
In line with the ISO Project to eliminate, as far as possible, the technical barriers to trade worldwide for the lift products, the process of converging the EN standards for lifts into new prescriptive standards of the series ISO 8100 (equivalent to EN 81) is on its way and it is expected to be fully completed by the end of year 2026. We will discuss about this process with the Chairmen of CEN TC 10, Mr Esfandiar Gharibaan, and ISO TC 178, Mr Gero Gschwendtner.
